BPCL introduced Employee Health Management System

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited(BPCL) Refinary is a public sector undertaken company, mainly involved with the refinary and retailing of petroleum products. The company needed a project at its medical center because the medical history of staff are handwritten and filed by doctors themself. So to avoid this manual function and to make a quick availability of the data to the required departments, a project is introduced under the supervision of MD Agarwal DGM IS(Refinary). This is a ten member team and its deployment location is in Mumbai. Under this new system it is easy to maintaine the medical records of the employees, shorten the time period of maintaining and tracking periodic medical examinations, avoid manual entry of data which consumes time and can make availability of data to other departments. In future this project can be used to other refinaries across the country.
