Department of Rural Development in Govt. of Rajasthan seems it difficult to take BPL census manually which conducted at an interval of every 5 years. It has to survey more than 92 lacs of households and details of over 4 crore rural citizens. It leads to the implementation of OCR/OMR technology by the Govt. of Rajasthan with the help of NIC (National Information Centre). With the support of this technology a form was introduced.
