Manpower sharing using SSL VPN

As a strategic deal between Airtel and Ericsson, a group of employees sourced from Airtel to Ericcson for managed service contract. But this insourced employees seems it difficult to working on the Airtel technical platforms, switches and products while also being a true part of the Ericsson organisation. For solving this problem a new project is adapted in which the employees can access both Airtel network as well as the Ericsson network. The new technology is a secure SSL VPN solution from Juniper which used to connect both offices on a single virtual LAN environment. This helps the employees to access the network resources in the most efficient manner.
