Adult literacy using ICT by Govt. of Karnataka

Can we just ignored the rural youth dropped out of the school? The mass education department of Govt. of Karnataka shows the responsibility never ends by focusing only the brilliant one. It has taken measures to literate the youth who have dropped out of the school. This Adult Literacy Project using ICT (Information and Communication Technology) promotes self-learning. The modules include are image intensive which follows the traditional 'see and hear' karnataka type of learning. The project heads claims that the model has brought down the average learning time by a third. They plans to incorporate touch screens and update course content regularly in future. In line with this idea the other states in India should make sure that their people also get the same facilities.
